BROLNIR

BROLNIR wasn’t the ultimate bro. In fact, they were just a manly MAN. A man with a dream, in fact. They had a bro of a sister with a penchant for animals, one who tried to convince them that the most BRO thing of all would be to adopt a critter or two. But no, MAN wasn’t about to take in all that fluff from their sister. They had a different idea. They had heard legends of BROR, the BRO of all BROS among the electrifying men. BROR, the electrifying bro of all bros, had a different perspective.

You see, bros can show BROMANSHIP in many ways. Some act as true bros to those who need it most. Some simply use their MANLY STRENGTH to help a bro out. Some guide bros to what they themselves cannot achieve, and are the MANLIEST of MEN at heart. Some even directly guide fellow MANLY MEN with shows of PURE MANLINESS, speaking the language of the bro. To MAN, however, there was only one true way to show the penultimate level of MANLINESS. That was the way of BROR. BROR, a legendary MANLY MAN, a BRO in the BROSTORY books as the most MANLY BRO to have ever BRO’ed.

BROR came like a raging storm, using his SHEER MANLY POWER to tear down those who opposed him and his BROS. A bro was in need, and a MANLY MAN answered the plea with thunder and lightning crackling around them. His RAW MANLY AURA manifested as pure electricity around them, forming a barrier between the aggressors and the bro. In his MANLY RAGE, he wiped out every single thing before him, leaving nothing but a bare patch of sand where the aggressor once stood. Even when he calmed, his PURE MANLINESS crackled in his eyes in an electrifying way. The bro asked this MANLIEST OF MEN for his name.

“I am BROR, and I seek the one who can make me a TRUE BRO.”

As if he weren’t already a TRUE BRO AMONG BROS. MAN had heard the stories, had poured over their MANLINESS and tried to push their limits. Why? For one simple reason.

They had seen their MANLY AURA in their reflection when they hatched, and they saw the eyes of BROR staring back at them. They decided their dream would be to prove to BROR that he was a TRUE BRO, and that they would do so in the only way they knew how with one as MANLY as BROR: by rising in might as a TRUE MANLY MAN and facing BROR directly, MAN TO MAN, AURA TO AURA, and show him that they were equals. They would fight him, and when he realized who he was, they would stay by his side as a reminder of his TRUE BRO status under the name they had taken upon accepting this quest.

And so MAN took on the name BROLNIR. All those who wished to help BROR would take a new name and train in the ways of MANLINESS. They would take a pilgrimage around the world until they found a place where their MANLINESS could shine. There, they would train in their own unique MANLY ways. Some would train for months on end, using their surroundings to enhance their MANLINESS. Others only did this as a rite of passage, even a family tradition, and would spend maybe a week in their spot before returning home under the title of BRO. Supposedly, BROR had been born with EXTREME MANLINESS. It had taken him years to find his place, and it had taken even longer to train himself in the ways of MANLINESS and BROSOMENESS. Even the newly dubbed BNROLNIR didn’t know what he did to train himself, but they knew that it had paid off. They had even gone to the site of BROR’s appearance, and had basked in the MANLINESS that remained in the area, the barren land still practically radiating the stuff.

BROLNIR thought for a time that the barren land could possibly be their training ground, but quickly discovered that it couldn’t. Well, not with the sheer BROSOMENESS practically drowning them. They could never hone their own MANLINESS in the shadow of BROR. They needed a place of their own, untouched by the MANLY nature of another MANLY MAN. And so they searched, high and low, seeking a place to hone their skills. BROLNIR knew they had the sheer power to fill BROR’s massive shoes. However, they didn’t have the skill to properly use it as a TRUE BRO. They needed to learn how to control their MANLINESS if they were to ever stand by BROR’s side. For a time, they thought it was the Lightningflight dragons’ territory that would hold a training ground for the electrifying Bog. However, BROLNIR was stunned to find that there wasn’t a single place in their homeland that could help them tame their power. No, it only magnified the MANLINESS they were trying to control.

The search continued into other lands. Research among the MANLY MEN of the Lightflight. Lessons on inner peace among the Waterflight BROS. Even traveling techniques from the Windflight MEN so that they could travel even further. It took years for them to finally find their training ground, and it only confused them even more. Well, until they discovered just how hardcore the BROS of the Plagueflight really were. They were survivors, and they had experience when it came to insane power and control. How could BROLNIR hurt something while training to control their MANLINESS in a wasteland like the Plagueflight?

Now, BROLNIR lives with a small clan of dragons by the Wyrmwound. Here, they wander out to it’s edge and attempt to control their MANLINESS. The clan has become used to this routine, and they even enjoy BROLNIR’s tales of BROR. They sincerely hope BROLNIR can learn to control their electrifying abilities, and that BROR truly is as good as BROLNIR makes him out to be. Otherwise, they fear for their safety if he is darker than he seems. BROLNIR doesn’t mind, so long as they can eventually master their abilities.

They were BROLNIR, the future weapon of BROR, and they were certain they’d be the one to show the world that the mighty BROR was a TRUE MANLY MAN of a BRO. Well, as soon as they mastered their MANLINESS without accidentally hurting fellow BROS and MANLY MEN.
