Arielle
Wanderer
Arielle was raised by raptors. She never knew another life, but loved her own. She was an excellent flyer and often hovered mid-air for her own entertainment. Arielle would soar for hours, relishing the freedom the air provided. She searched, not for her parents, but for the best places to race. She'd often race her parents and boast as she'd win over and over. She was never arrogant, just confident in her abilities. Arielle was two years old before she saw another dragon. It was a spiny banescale, searching the cliff for a stray mountain goat. She tried to say hello but the dragon responded viciously, horribly mauling her face and back. Arielle barely survived, crashing into a jungle and remaining unconscious for two days. She woke to her wounds being bandaged by Miran, who saved her from certain death. Miran promised to aid her recovery and provide her with a new home. She agreed, too terrified to fly for years.
Arielle is still quiet and peaceful, sharing gifts as her main form of communication. She rarely speaks and moves lithely, preferring to stick to the ground. She keeps her mask and wrappings on, heavily attached to them. She welcomes all with song and flower petals.
