(WIP) A Pearlcatcher with big ambitions to... take over the world?! No, no, he just desires to see the world! Nothing more... For now. As the first and eldest of the Not Yet Quite Established Louis & Lucy Empire - or as he calls it, the Loucyan Empire - Louis saw that that he needed to personally spearhead the family's efforts into making the empire a true reality. Though poor in sense, he managed to work his way up into wealth, hoping to gain the power that usually came with it. He currently resides at Primrose Manor as one of the estate's heads and hopes to further his ambitions through it, though he seems to have forgotten that he can't really engage in anything political when the manor is a vacation retreat built deep in the forest. In spite of this, he's convinced himself that "the day will soon come!" and that he'll be able to rule from the estate as his base of operations. He delights in showing off the manor to visiting dragons - especially the ones that are particularly rich and powerful...! Though composed, Louis is a bit full of himself, coming off comically stoic and unintentionally goofy. Any threats he makes are also rather empty; he himself is harmless and could never defend himself in a fight. His ambition often creates arguments between him and the manor's head guard Gladius, though there are some things they agree on. (Maybe not for the right reasons, though...) In keeping with the flower names of Primrose Manor, he claims his proper title is "Fleur-de-Louis the First."

Relationships Primrose (WIP) (He often talks of "overthrowing" her or taking her place as the manor head, but she never takes it seriously and responds with idle amusement. This is because in all honesty, if given the opportunity, Louis would never actually follow through with it; Primrose knows this for a fact. Combined with his reliability and competence at his job, the Snapper sees no reason to dismiss him. What some might see as heresy or disrespect, Primrose sees it as the most amusement she's had in years.) Gladius (WIP) (Gladius begrudgingly respects Louis due to his reliability and higher status, but otherwise their relationship is strained. Gladius struggles to maintain a formal respect to his superior but simply can't stand how Louis constantly speaks of "overthrowing' Primrose. Louis is mostly oblivious to this, though they sometimes argue over planning in regards to stationing security. )

Narcissus
Narcissus doesn't care much about Louis' desire to supposedly "rule the world"; he never takes the Pearlcatcher seriously. Louis, however, sees the guard as a valuable ally. Narcissus' combat expertise and desire to fight is why he was hired as a guard in the first place, but with the surrounding area being so peaceful, the Coatl often sneaks out to seek out combat elsewhere. So, the two worked out a small deal: Louis sends Narcissus away to run official errands for him, and in exchange, Narcissus is free to fight where he wishes during his travels - so long as he brings back information...
