Description:
He appears to be a mixture between a fae body and the Arcanist. The Arcanist features appear to jitter or lose depth. The fae parts have a transparent gelatinous quality to them. It is believed that he may not even be a dragon.

Advice:
Not the Arcanist! He will claim to be the Arcanist but he is not the Arcanist! He's highly dangerous. He used to be a formless entity until he wanted to be powerful like the other entities. By taking the form of the Arcanist, he could steal people's bodies. Once the body becomes unusable, he drains its life force and refines it into magic.

Other:
  • He will always appear in an "avatar" form. True form is sometimes shown when angered.
  • His hatchlings are powerful spellcasters and magicians.
