Biography
The door itself is down a dimly lit side hallway, painted with a single red feather and nothing else. Inside is what can only be called a laboratory. well lit unlike the hallway outside, the room is longer then is wide, with a single narrow table in the center. The walls are covered in handwritten notes and diagrams, with one wall containing what can only be small vials of blood, carefully labeled and organized. Unlike most labs which tend to be organized chaos, every item here he perfectly placed with nothing out of place. The sole occupant is a wildclaw at the table, reading through several pages of notes and writing on a new sheet. When she looks up at you, you get the distinct feeling you are most unwelcome here.
"Yes? What do you want? You wish to know what all this is?" She straightens up and adjusts the small glasses perched on her nose.
"This is where I study the Effluvial Crow virus strain, along with the magic inherent with it. Specifically, how the strain passes along bloodlines. I was a rare birth between my mother Raishan and her first mate, and mother wanted to know why. She knows that knowledge can be just as powerful as brute strength, so she bid me to study as soon as I could. It is known that the Pure strain only appears with certain colors and markings, but why? Those with the right criteria have a much higher rate of passing on the strain, but even those of mixed blood have a mutated version of their own. It is also possible for these mutated strains to; very rarely, produce a pure strain several generations down the line. It is my goal to understand how the strain itself is passed down, to be better able to produce stronger strains with selective breeding. I have had great success so far, with many pure Crows and strong Jackdaws being born to the clan." At this point she pauses, then sneers. "If I could get at the Imperial that followed Gwaren home, I could expand my knowledge even more." She huffs out a breath before turning back to her paperwork.
"Well, you have your information. I'd appreciate it if you left me to my research now. And don't touch anything on your way out."
