Personality: Disciplined, patient, determined, outspoken, proud, serious, stubborn, asocial, brutal. Deaf from birth, uses sign language.
Life: Seyn has always been a goal oriented dragon whose whole life has been shaped by things she has tried to achieve. As a teen she hated the fact that she had hatched without hearing ability, so when she left her birth clan she decided to find a way to make up for her disability. In time she learned about fishes that feel the vibrations of water with their bodies instead of listening to them and that with a little bit of magic dragons can amplify their sense of touch in order to do the same. The Nocturne started to seek out enchanted items that would make aquatic life possible for her, but such items were far from cheap, so she had to take a detour and figure out a way to gather enough funds first. She settled on the high-risk-high-reward career of a bounty hunter. She started small, taking advantage of her harmless looks and decent skills in Ice magic, until she was able to afford the enchanted jewelry one piece at a time. All the gemstones the youngster nowadays wears are part of the set that enables her to live underwater and replace her sense of hearing with the sense of touch.
All this left Seyn with little time for socializing with other dragons, but she never really craved for deeper relationships anyway. The only one to break through her hard exterior has been Zedass, a mute Guardian who had never been taught any means of communication he could use. This annoyed Seyn immensely, which is why she decided to teach sign language for him. In time the two turned from acquaintances to friends, and from friends to mates.

Other info: Seyn was already named when I bought her. She was the 1st runner up in The Pelican Post's Best Nocturne competition 20.1.2020 and the winner in The Pelican Post's Best Ocean-Themed Dragon competition in 6.12.2021.
