The Seraph

Everything known about Valkelth are nothing but mere rumors, folklores and legends spread by the mortal dragonkind. He is said to be holy, high rank seraph who has descended down to earth for reasons unknown.

It's said that if you stumble across Valkelth and prove yourself worthy, you'll be granted Seraph's Blessing, a great power that one could only dream of.

Although this is a popular belief, equal amount of dragons seem to believe that only through spilling Valkelth's blood are you granted with the divine energy.
