The child of an illegitimate relationship.
Born to a mother who cheated on her mate, and a previously exiled father who abandoned his family.
After the deed was done, the father was sent to rot in the dungeons, while the mother remained unpunished.
Wallowing in the shame of her betrayal, and knowing what she had done, the mother decided to send the child away to regain the love and trust of her mate.
However, despite the circumstances in which the child had been born, the dragons of the clan did not want her to be sent away.
For the child was an important part of their history, bearing parts that marked the resurgence of an Ancient breed of dragon thought to be lost hundreds of thousands of years ago.
But the mother persisted.
A plain fish out of water, Gloria was sent away to live with her half-niece Hope, under the care of the Clan of Scattered Bones.

Powers:
Fast. Super fast. In flight, specifically. Very aerobatic as well. Can do all sorts of twists and turns with expert skill, and since she's so fast, it's actually hard to keep up. If Gloria is fighting someone, she will always do it in the air, which is rather unfortunate for her unexpecting adversary.

Gloria us incredibly perceptive. She has "eagle eyes", if you will. Since she's part bird, being of the Firebird subspecies, this shouldn't be too surprising. And with her deadly accuracy, this makes her a great archer.

Being an Arcane dragon born as a Fire subspecies, Gloria has powers accordingly. She can breathe fire and launch fireballs, but she also knows some Arcane magic. Unfortunately, she can't teleport, but she can amplify her own and others' magic spells (enfeeble), along with the given "Arcane magic-slash".

Knows some very basic healing magic. She can keep a dragon from dying, but not forever. She still needs a more advanced healer to do all the heavy work, but she is useful in some situations.
