Starbound


God-blooded in tune with their divine essence will see through all lies and deceptions, the light leaving only truth. They will be marked with glittering runes, of words with personal meaning to them. These phrases will change as they grow and learn, a reflection of the dragon’s own ideals.

All of the god-blooded straddle the line between the divine and profane, and that can be a very unsafe line to walk. The starbound have to live this duality, relying on order and ideals to keep their inner demons at bay, reflected in the distinctive pattern of their wings which show their struggle between light and shade. The order imposed by the lines of the constellation, a web of light holding back the swirling shade lurking out between the stars, just as the real shade lurks out in the sky beyond the web of the gods' order.
