Biography

Oleander, f
Originally born as a solid white imperial hatchling, who even in her youth kept her feelings close to her chest. Oleander trained as a mage for most of her life and was well known for her devotion to her studies and her work.
Her studiousness and rejection of expression caught the eye of a pair of passing goddesses, a goddess of intellect and a goddess of love. The pair made a bet that the love goddess couldn't sway Oleander away from her work.
So the Goddess laid her feet down on to the soil and took on a mortal form. For several days and several nights, the Goddess tried to woo Oleander. On the first day, she gave Oleander a bouquet of white roses and a note proclaiming Oleander's beauty. On the first night, Oleander took the roses and folded the note into her textbooks. On the second day, the Goddess sang Oleander a melody in glory to her beauty and on the second-night Oleander hummed the melody as she worked. On the third day, the goddess gave Oleander an amethyst necklace and on the third-night Oleander wore the necklace with a quiet glee. On the fourth day, the Goddess gave Oleander a beautiful crown woven of cherry branches a bloom. "Oh Oleander" The Goddess cooed, her eyes filled with a soft glow "Come, let me steal you away for the night, let me hold you and sing to you my love" Oleander's heart soared but her mouth was still. When the fourth night came to pass, the Goddess appeared to Oleander in all her splendor and scorn. With a wave of her wings, each of her gifts evaporated. "Keep your love then! But here on out, your heart will never be private" The Goddess cursed.
When the Goddess had vanished, emotions welled within Oleander and she desired nothing more than to call out back to her but her mouth betrayed her. She sat in her catatonia for a while until unbeknownst to her, small purple scales erupted from her flesh and grew into large crystals. From those crystals bore vines of the Goddess' tree.

Uhh basically whenever Oleander is in love the vines and branches blossom and the petals from them can be brewed to make a devastating love potion
