Like all dragons with an affinity for the Light element, Lotus searched for the truth. Here wasn't the typical truth, however; while others searched for truths with important meanings, she searched for the truth about the legendary Clouded Mith. Did it really exist?

"Rrrrrrrrrr," her Warcat growled. Lotus looked around, but her eyes were still adjusting to the darkness.

"Blade?" Lotus called to the shadows. A second soft growl answered her, and she followed the sound. A flash of pale gold fur appeared briefly in front of her, telling her she was going the right way.

She walked carefully along a dark tunnel, spreading her wings to feel the walls as she went. The tunnel twisted and turned through the darkness. It was longer than she had originally thought. What if it never ended?

She paused for a moment, thinking. What if it didn't end? Should she turn back, before she went to far? But what if she did turn back, and missed something really good, something that could lead her to a Clouded Mith?
