Biography

  • Growing up a prince, Lucretius, or Luci, grew up spoiled but also had a lot of expectations put on him. He feels like he failed his parent, Aventine, by not being born a star eater like his older sister. He feels like a burden because he's not going to rule like his older brother. He doesn't feel like he has a place.

  • So he tinkers around the palace doing odd things, very much a jack of all trades, master of none. He's worked with the smith, the cooks, the noblewomen (learning to embroider that is), he's learned to hunt and to fish as well. Luci's not perfect at any of it, not by a long shot, but there's little in castle life he can't acomplish if he puts his mind to it.

  • Wants to strike out and find his place in the world.

The most important thing to Luci is feeling like he's at home, that he has his own place in the world. So when he came to Oakrest and floundered again, Eldritch suggested he see if he could help find a newcomer a lair. They toured possible domiciles aplenty before finding the perfect spot. Luci is the Citadel's go-to for housing. He knows what places are habitable, which are under construction, and where would be a good place for a dragon of given skills and proclivities to call home. In short, he's a realtor.
