Sister to Ralkn, doesn't understand him and in some ways resents him. She loves him, though, and she'll never admit it, but she knows she's the reason he's afraid of water. Her many eyes help her see and manipulate air and water currents to produce the most destructive storm possible, and as a young drake she lived for sowing destruction across Sornieth's shores. When Ralkn left to study under a Light clan, she felt abandoned and her already confounding powers spiraled even further out of control. Fueled by her anger, she ran into self-exile, telling herself that the thrill of raging death and destruction was therapeutic enough. Storms and their swirling clouds that twist and fold, sending sheets of rain highlighted by cracks of lightning terrible enough to rival the lightning storms of the Shifting Expanse, the whipping wind stinging her eyes. That sense of calmness in chaos was what she thought she craved.

Really, what she needed was stability. After a shattering defeat by the Stormcatcher himself, who was thoroughly exhausted with the extra work her floods were creating for his workers, she found herself marooned in the Outer Sea, mortified and far too exhausted to help herself. Thankfully, her Water Flight heritage gave her the innate ability to breathe underwater, but she was doing little more than clinging to a rough crag, half drowned and slowly starving when Sirene and Nuthylian found her. The two deep spirits took her to their lair off the coast of the Starfall Isles, where they cared for her (perhaps spitefully, but compassionately nonetheless) before sending her on her way to Ralakay Glen once they learned of her quarrel with her brother. (There are few grumpy librarians from the Water Flight. It wasn't hard, even for a pair of antagonistic sirens, to connect the dots.)

Reunited with her brother and his mate and kept in check by Ralakay's leaders (particularly the Arcanist, she dislikes the strange, unnerving energies that emanate from his crystal form), she's much more tame, managing gentle rainstorms to irrigate and hydrate the Strand instead of mighty tempests that rip trees from the ground and flood entire clans.
