War dragon, stitched, shadow walker
The darkness if feared for a reason. There are things that lie just beyond our grasp of comprehension in the void of the unknown. It is there that our deepest fears are turned into reality. That is where each dragon must choose whether to fight the darkness or succumb to their own shadow.
It has been said that everything happens for a reason, that shadows do not pick random dragons to spread its darkness. There are only two beings that know the reason, the shadow, and the dragon.
There have been stories of dragons who have succumbed to their own shadows. They lost the battle and were never seen again. However, there is always a lighter tale, dragons that have beaten the darkness refusing to help it spread. The story can go one of two ways, devastatingly beautiful or unimaginably horrifying.
Not all dragons are brave enough to battle the shadows. Whether or not they choose one day the shadows come after them and they have to fight to survive.
Though scientists have tried to study its origins Shadow Walkers continue to remain a phenomenon. With continued research scientists hope to find a breakthrough.
