Biography
But he's probably more well-known for the fact that he sings almost non-stop. It's not really because he loves singing that much, it's because of a weird accident he had when he was still a hatchling.
One day on vacation he got unfortunately struck by a magical lightning caused by young non-experienced and still learning how to use magic Arcane dragon. It didn't seem it affected him at all at a first glance, but after a while he realized he lost an ability to speak. Whenever he tried to, it was turning into often non-understandable annoying high-pitched sound and then after few seconds his voice was breaking and he wasn't able to make even a sound. He thought he will be never able to communicate with others.
Once when was watching his favourite musical, he caught himself on singing along with the movie. It was a completely different experience than the painful one he had for weeks with trying to speak anything, he felt that this is the way he should communicate instead.
Nowadays, he's actually able to speak rather normally, but still sounds very hoarse and unpleasantly when tries to speak normally and he's able do it only for a while. He still prefers singing, in which, pretty surprisingly, his voice sounds beautifully, completely differently than his "usual" speaking one, to the point that even Voix is impressed. He's got even a nickname of "The Musical Dragon"
Taika's researches have shown that the Arcane dragon who accidentally struck Chambéry with a magical lightning was one of Nov 22nd-hatched dragons, passed part of their powers on him, otherwise he'd be completely mute. Along with Rossignol's children he's a proof that The Golden Voice Day's powers can be passed on dragons that haven't been hatched on that day.
His shop is in fact a complex of the shop itself and his home.

Named after (oh, what an obvious thing) French town Chambéry and his name should be spelled with that "é"
