Name meaning: Greek for "Guardian" Which... she's a gaoler, but close enough?

Conjured from the aether by Echo in order to guard the Statue Garden. Was told that the statues were extremely dangerous prisoners and must be kept away from the rest of the clan. The gaoler trusts Echo completely, viewing Echo as her mom.
...discovering the truth was heartbreaking for her; she's resolved to protect the remaining statues until the time comes that they can be restored to life. Her guard duties mean that she works alongside Tomas, and the two have become good friends. Tomas' cheerful demeanor keeps Fylakas from always being in the pits of despair, while her realism keeps him out of trouble... sometimes.
