Isato

I feel like Isato loves to hide in tall grass where he blends in perfectly to wait for unassuming passerbys to jump at as a prank. But dragon living in his area know to listen for the rattlling click clack noises his chitin armor makes when he is wriggling in glee and anticipation. He isn't mean spirited and he knows who not to jump at, be it because they have a weak heart, they might be triggered, or just simply asked him not to. Hatchlings love him and they try to get a jump on him while he is trying to get a jump on others. He indulges them, he is a goodhearted softie at heart.
He smells like sunwarmed grass that he likes to hide in, and like petrichor.

This dragon looks like he would sing the creeper rap at a school talent show unironically, he's already dressed the part

What crime would he commit?

He convinces children that he got praying mantis powers by eating lots of mantises, which resulted in lots of kids screaming and crying from getting their fingers pinched by them in their desperate attempts to become manti-dragons.
