Pastelle's Baby

This is the most adorable and fluffiest permababy in the whole lair of Pastelle! Where did they find such a sweet ball of fluff? And many dragons have to wonder.... is it actually made of fairy floss? The Garden Watcher often follows it around and watches it instead of the garden it was created to watch over. It is constantly spoiled by Qune and Nostalgia, but it still manages to stay humble and kind.... unless there are savory snacks nearby. Then all bets are off! She is a small and precious softy that almost all of the dragons that visit and reside in Pastelle want to cuddle with her. Anemone and Campanula are sort of her surrogate parents as even Digitalis was unable to locate from whence it came. They aren't particularly excellent parents and sort of struggle quite frequently, see Campanula's attempts to teach Nerine to fish, but they do their best, and Nerine has Qune and Nostalgia to pick up the slack in the parental area of her life. She is best friends with Santolina, which makes sense as they are the only Permababies in the entirety of Pastelle. She actually gets into trouble quite frequently because of Santolina though, so the slightly more strict or anxious dragons of the clan worry about the two of them a lot and kind of wish that Santolina would "calm down", but those who know Santolina know that she is very protective of those she cares about, including Nerine, so they know she won't hurt Nerine.
