Biography
Elegant Hinata enjoys spending sunny afternoons warming herself on the beach. Which is very convenient, because she enjoys spending sunny mornings fishing in the shimmering water.
***************** Other Flights ?????
(located somewhere between Dragonhome and the Tangled Wood)
Subterranean: Long ago they were a menace to Nature Flight when over-digging threatened the Behemoth, until an agreement with Tidelord made the Labyrinth an island. They maintain a trade route to transport ore and alloys to the dragons of the AshFall Waste. These dragons have a poor understanding of the other Flights, due in part to the fact that they have no eyes to display their elemental alignment. Their alignment is presumed to be neutral, although they are strong against Nature and Fire, and avoid Water and Wind at all costs.
Species: The native dragon species is Burrows. Burrows are dimorphic. Males having short snouts, strong mole-like front claws for tunneling, and long hooked tails for moving detritus. Females have bristling whiskers to sense vibrations in the Earth, larger jaws for crushing stone, and scaly armor on their necks and shoulders. Both species have vestigal wings that they decorate with metal and enamel caps.
Similarities: Like Light Flight these dragons seek ancient knowledge and like Arcane they often go beyond the boundaries of safety and common sense in their explorations.
Deity: The BuriedDeep looks like a sandworm from Dune. She rarely appears above ground and no dragon has ever seen her entire length. Her followers believe She is encircling the world. To honor Her travels, the Subterranian Flight has made it their duty to expand their tunnels to every corner of Sornieth. No one is sure whether she appreciates these efforts; She has a tendency to crash blindly through caverns where her flight members congregate, making it impossible for them to establish large cities or settlements.
