Biography
"Hullo, darling."
HEALER | Avari
Crystal is flighty, and has a tendency to look dreamy half the time. As a Light dragon, she has a love for finding life in just about everything, though she treads with extreme caution around anything of the Shade. She's the Clan's main Healer, with vast stores of knowledge and magic under her wing. She is passionate about the art of Healing itself, having traveled around Sornieth before landing in the Valkyrie.
Crystal, being a much older dragon than most of the Valkyrie, even Kensa, has a vast knowledge of the draconic world, and is, luckily for them, a Healer. She's taken on an apprentice, one of the Tundras, Eledhanow, and other dragons who are willing to learn to heal instead of bathe in bloodshed like most of the Clan.
Crystal has a bloodline of exponentially powerful magic users, getting stronger from each generation, starting from the Grey Siblings, though she refuses to acknowledge them as direct family due to their shared darkness. She is surpassed in magic by her daughter, Husvanezth, and is training her great grand-daughter, Morewon, in magic.

I decided to write something for Crystal. I wanted to explore the scenario that lead up to the Grey Siblings, seeing as they seemed to have a rather significant antagonistic role within the clan. I hope you find it interesting.
Flighty.
Coward.
She was old enough to hear most disparaging insults thrown her way. Surrounded by a clan of young, hot-blooded idiots; such was the way of it. It did nothing to stop the rush of superiority however when those same morons came to her, mewling about their wounds. Oh the temptation to let them suffer was such an alluring siren song. However, she was a healer and one of the Lightweaver's children. It was against her practice to let the injured suffer.
Even if they may as well be Shade-spawn.
That was how she ended up taking care of the clan's resident Casanova, Terryder. She could think of some choice words that were more apt to describe him but she refused to stoop to his level. He was reputed to be the more conniving and clever of his hunting party however this time they ran afoul of too many Beastclan. His wounds were the deepest and required an intense treatment regiment. One that she was loathe to see through. He needed to stay in her infirmary to recover properly.
She was a daughter of the Lightweaver however and loyal to the Valkyrie. She would do everything in her power to heal him.
Truly it was as if the Lightweaver wished to test her resolve. This Casanova was incorrigible to say the least, whining constantly. There were plenty of times that Crystal was tempted to throw the horrible Mirror out of her infirmary. Of course she resisted that impulse. However time also had a strange way of distorting perception. Gradually she grew accustomed to his flirtatious quips. She would still toss a rebuttal but those lost their venom over time and became more of a force of habit.
It was in that time frame that she discovered that she was weak. Their dance weathered away her resolve and she gave in to his persistence. Seduced by the dark and dangerous charm he wielded. She regretted that decision ever since.
Now she has to watch on as the monsters she created wreck havoc to those around them. All she can do is patch up the wounds that follow in the wake of those dreadful Grey Siblings.
