白龙城 "White Dragon's City", aka "Albus' Unfortunate Adventures"
A city lying on the borderlines, flourishing by trade, is now suffering from an increasing amount of small-scale conflicts, countered by those who pledged to protect the city. Appearantly, the citizens cares more about their next meal and everyone just want to live an ordinary life.

(I have to think of good names eventually, hopefully I can figure out a story...)
reminder: name the locals basing on latin adjectives, like naming species
the indigenous dragons of this country tends to be more dull colored, have a larger build, shorter and stronger legs, boxier muzzles to warm up air with a larger nasal cavity, more fur and wings looking like vertebrate limbs (bat or bird wings). Probably I should give most of them "bat-like" wings (traditional western dragon wings) with ramifications (I don't know how to express it), substances like fur, feathers, large scales, or anything in between, to distinguish them from dragons in other countries.
A lot of dragons were affected by the recent larger-scale confilcts so many characters have deceased family members...I know it's a cliche lol

^Courier dork who just wants to help others. Grew up with a carefree childhood, his family protected him from having negative emotions back then for a reason. He doesn't allow himself to have negative feelings, so tiring. Only entered the city and found his job recently. He's a bit too thin for his countrymen. Inherits the power of airflow manipulation from his family, but there's the black thing living together with him.
"Taxillus/Fimbriatus"(???) (imagine that his belly is darker)
^Waiter who's a bit exasperated and depressed for some physical reasons, hates fighting/competition with a passion. Somehow annoyed with the dork above but still sharing a room with him to pay less rent, oh well. He's strong and dragons consider him to be good-looking, that's why he settled on the (poorly-paid) job as a waiter to serve the rich. Bears the power of high-temperature blue fire that can burn down every material he knows.
"Svetlana"
^Student doing research in the top academy in the capital of country, one of her ultimate goals is the distribution of magical abilities so that everyone can use them with greater equality. Sometimes it seems that her thoughts are not from this world. Does field investigation of magic all over the country so she is seen traveling and living with locals most of the time. Especially interested in Albus' ability so she settled down in the city, hmm. Hold the ability of light and force manipulation, can "shapeshift", but that's extremely difficult for dragons in general, she can only shift into one particular form for a long time.
"Liana"
^Cheerful medic who's a 3rd generation refugee, the conflict in her home country never really stops, wants to go back and help her people stuck in war. She thinks everything will be better and she knows that it's a naive thought. Very fun loving, she's the one you enjoys spending time with. She has no wings but longer and stronger arms, some of the traits of her ancestral countrymen. She has a very high regeneration (recovery) rate, can also do photosynthesis but that's not enough to eliminate the need of eating. But most of the time, she hopes that her ability can be given to those who need it more.
"Volatilis" She's female, just that the male imp base suits her more.
^The most powerful (only considering force, being a soldier she obeys commands) individual in the division, has strong physical strength and defence, but her most excellent ability is the fine control of her magical abilities using her unpropotionally (compared to the native dragons of her country) strong arms and hands, creating weapons or shooting bullets of pure energy. This energy can break through most of the applied defence methods. Bears a vicious expression so has no friends, but never expresses anger and just wants her brother back. Cares for the others much more than for herself.

这个位面含有大量能够和其他位面进行能量交流的微观结构，羊膜动物祖先于某一时刻大量迁到这里，在长期的演化中一些生物的细胞接受了这些结构并且以多种形式与它们达成稳定的共生。这些结构让共生的生物多少能够与其他位面进行能量交流，即在这个位面看似能够凭空创造和消灭能量。其中龙类对这种能量交换的使用最为熟练，在宏观上展现这种能力的方式极其多样化，包括但不限于控制温度，操控流体，加速细胞生长，改变光线，创造力等。能力的形式与遗传有一定的关系。不仅是龙类，其他的一些动植物甚至无机物也接受了这些结构，并或多或少地受其影响，龙类除了利用自己的能力也会利用这些受影响的事物的能力。
这些结构倾向于活跃地交换能量，于是对于拥有这些结构的龙来说，使用能力是一种本能，在使用能力的过程中龙会感受到快感；反之，如果抑制能力的使用，龙会遭到生理与心理上的不适感。

龙在出生后，父母会逐渐发掘小龙的能力类型，发现后将会引导他将来在使用这一能力的方面工作。龙的社会绝大部分时间都围绕着龙本身的能力运作，龙根据天生的能力类型，被“部署”（虽然是他们主观选择但毕竟有引导）到各个职位。在军队中也是如此，战士的能力被分析，指挥官根据赠礼类型设计不同的阵型，在战场上用增幅的魔法组合与敌军进行对抗。当然，有龙不喜欢应用自己赠礼的工作。不一定所有工作都需要应用赠礼能力，但需要能力的工作的报酬相对高些，毕竟供求关系就摆在那。
虽然工具在龙类文明的诞生中发挥了重要作用，但是龙文明在发展中倾向于于增幅自己的能力而不是改进工具。在上一代，世界各地才因为紧张的军备竞赛在各自的国境内部署了类似于铁路的系统，靠燃料和魔法运载大型货物，也可以载龙，但是很昂贵。此前，都是龙靠工具增强自己的身体后靠飞行或走路移动，也会有类似于黄包车的交通工具。虽然交通不是特别发达，相对快速的通讯方式已经普及，民用延时数个小时，军用延时一两分钟。
龙生活的版图被分为数个国家，政体与人类的相似（我也想不出什么来），但是龙的数量少得多（应该不到一亿），社会更为松散。没有一个国家有义务教育或是更完整的教育系统，小龙的教育由村庄甚至家庭等小单位负责，然而在大城市中有着学院供通过选拔的（任何形式，付钱也可以）龙接受高等教育甚至进行研究。龙可以活三百年，也许凭借这漫长的寿命，低效也不会是一个问题。
各个国家的龙会倾向在陆地上守卫边疆，没有很好的防空预警系统，毕竟对于大多数国家，空袭（对于龙这种会飞的生物来说“空袭”的高度比人类的高得多吧）技术还不是特别成熟，但军事实力强的国家多少已经发展了这方面技术，并对较弱的国家进行全面碾压。空袭的军队被隐藏在夜幕中，开始进行军事行动时，夜幕将被划开一道口子，发出极强的光照，军队从中降临，这景象有如许多地方传说中的天神下凡，狩猎地表上的龙类。有些过于落后的地区甚至会把入侵的强国当作神祭拜。
