Tau

The now official leader of Tuuli, a town nestled into the Windswept Plataue. It's a wonder he got the position, seeing as he has less braincells than a rock. But hey, he rules fine, giving instructions here and there were it's needed but mainly letting everyone do their own thing. He plays Kazzoo in his free time, a useless skill considering his profession, but it never harmed anyone to learn, even if it is quite annoying for his mate to wake up in the middle of the night to multiple kazzoos being played.

Tau's father was a powerful wind mage, thus having him inheret great wind magic reserves, that he tends to not use. Thus, to prevent him from an untimely death from magic buildup, a halo of pure wind magic has manifested around him, brightening when he doesn't use his magic for a while, and dimming after prolonged use. Nobody has ever seen the halo truely fade, but it seems possible. It's unknown how powerful of spells Tau can truely cast.
