BACKSTORY

______ Desmelda was a young hatchling when her parents died, after making the terrible decision to live in a house LITERALLY balancing on the tip of a spire.She had gotten bread for cooking from a neighbor when she watched her house, with her parents inside, fall. Her parents, caught of guard, were unable to escape. The force of the explosion (the stove was on) knocked her back all the way to the neighbors she came from. When she landed, the conversation when somewhat like this: "Desmelda?! Why are you back?" "Mommy and Daddy got blowed up." (She didn't fully understand the situation at that age.) "I'm sending out a search party!" (the wife had just walked out of the house when she heard this) "Who is going to take care of her. And don't say me." "The nanny." "Who is the nanny? We don't have one." "YOU HAHA!"

______ She grew up with the family she landed in, and was raised to be a good person and was told about her parent's death when she was ready to fully understand. She got a good education and became an employee to a successful pub (eventually becoming the owner) that lasted until she handed the deed over to the new manager, after she met Galileo. After they met each other's families, they got married, but Galactus (Galileo's best man) got drunk and said some kind of distasteful things (stuff about the future of their marriage, how their children would be monstrously behaved, all things that came true, except about marriage quality). They're still together to this day and continue to love and care for their (monstrously behaved) children and home they created, a save haven for those you look to the stars and say, "I'm curious about that."
