(gonna go through these all to expand properly one day but) she runs away to go to the plateau but gets turned around and smacks into a tundra.

she was always drawn to wind. from the moment she hatched and her mother saw how her eyes tinted green and not pink, ().
her family begs her to stop, reconsider, what if you get homesick, at least wait til you're grown. she can't be bothered. the winds are calling her. she runs away the night before her clutch's coming of age celebration to find her way to the windswept plateau.
if she remembers the map she'd seen exactly twice correctly, the plateau is southeast. she decides not to cut through plague territory - surely she has no immunity to the diseases - so instead aims for the water. shouldn't be too hard. just a short shot across the (whatever that body of water is) and she'd be home free. she can fly that no problem, right?
ironically, awfully, the winds are against her. not long after she's over the water, a nasty storm whips up. ugh! she can't turn back now, she's so close! there's no land in sight anyway, so she presses on as best she can. she doesn't realize she's been blown off course until too late.
barely airborne, she squints at the what, ice? that can't be right? this should be green. (aaa more words here!) before she realizes, she smacks into a fluffy thing. the fluffy thing screams.

(1-15-2022) these above are very early lore notes, like newbie didi lol. perhaps one day I'll actually write up something for her! (and something that actually makes lore sense in regard to eyes... perhaps her parents were vacationing in wind when they had the eggs and went home. or whatever.)
