Artemis is a relatively peaceful dragon, but she comes off a lot more cold than her brother does. This gives her an intimidating aura, and it's difficult to approach her. Her voice is always clear and precise, larger than her body. She doesn't like frivolty, she likes being blunt and directly to the point.

She cares for all of her children, no matter what wrongs they may have done, giving them a home as long as they promise to be good to one another.

How does one punish a god, have you ever wondered?

How does one pay for a crime so great, that banishment is the only option? Away from realms, away from all one has known?

When Artemis woke on the soils of Sornieth, she was not a man-goddess, but instead a small dragon, powerless but immortal and wise beyond comprehension. Her eyes awoke to the night, feathers glimmering as she rose to her feet, rising to meet her twin who waited for her, Apollo, the yin to her yang.

Together they roamed, seeking restoration of themselves. They wouldn't be let back on Olympus without redemption, so they too needed to offer shelter and redemption, giving home to those who need it, protecting them, correcting them, and slowly but surely earning their way back to the pantheon where they once stood.

  • This is the second iteration of this dragon. The first was a Light dragon with crystal / facet / glimmer.

  • I bought her as a fully gened Nocturne, and breed changed her.

  • Following Artemis' lore as the goddess of virginity, Artemis is asexual and has never been bred.

Apollo is Artemis's brother, and co-founder of Clan Apó ta Astéria. He is the sun to her moon, everything she is not, her equal half.

Heiress to the clan and named after Artemis herself, Artemisia is one daughter of many, but by far Apollo's favorite. She's an oracle who stayed to offer her services to the clan, looking up to both Apollo and Artemis for guidance.

Sköll seeks to devour the sun, and it is for that reason Artemis guards him so carefully, protecting Apollo from having his domain threatened.

The first prize of hunting on Sornieth, Artemis wears the pelt of the beast she slayed, as both a respect for the beauty of the wolf, but also as a prize to show her skill with her bow and hunting.

Starlight Guise Starlight Guise (Apparel)
A cloak made of night and stars itself, the guise collects night energy for her to feel closer to the moon and stars, and to power herself. She can no longer govern the way she could o Olympus, but she can still harness the lunar energy, and will often fly at night to gather what she can.

Bowman's Quiver Bowman's Quiver (Apparel)
Together with Apollo, Artemis created archery. Her weapons were made by the cyclops, and her quiver is always at her hip before she steps out into the night.

Wearing the shed antlers of a stag, Artemis embodies the grace and freedom of deer, watching over them, hunting only those that have accepted the end of their fate, respecting those who have much to still live for.
