xxDespite his calling, Redi isn't the friendliest shrinekeeper. He prefers to keep to himself, cleaning and maintaining the corners of the shrine that visitors aren't allowed in. He refuses to do tours, and during rites he takes a secondary role. When confronted with guests, he's often blunt and to the point, often coming off as rude and inconsiderate. Around friends, he acts similarly, though he's more relaxed since he knows they won't judge him for it. And sometimes, if you catch him in the right mood, he'll tell stories of places he's been before he served the shrine.

xxRedi comes from a large, influential flock of shrinekeepers. Many of his hatchmates serve in the Cloudsong, the Aergate, or under the Windsinger himself. Despite his upbringing, though, Redi was always a reserved and frustrated drake. As a fledgeling, he tried to convince his parents to let him live outside of the shrine, but they always refused, trying to convince him to find a shrine to serve at. When he met Kokoa and learned they lived in a small, secluded shrine near the edge of the plateau, he asked if he could serve with them. His parents were esctatic that he expressed interest in a shrine and agreed to send him back with her. xxRedi had initially planned on using the far-off shrine as a way to leave the plateau. When Kokoa learned of his plot, they offered him a deal; stay and serve at the shrine for a year, and when he left, she would support him. He agreed. Redi initially was excited for the opportunity to escape, but as he stayed at the shrine, he came to know it and the new clan nearby well. Though he did leave after the year was up, he treasured the memory of the Greenport shrine. After a few years of travel, he realized the place he most wanted to stay was the shrine, and he returned home. |

Redi is my pick! His gene colors are very well matched with the apparel colors and I like the color contrast so much! His apparels aren't too busy (it was a pick between him and Soulforge and Redi won because of this). The familiar is just adding to this amazing color combo! Like the wind theme and his lore is also fun!

I love how "wind" Redi is. His apparel matches his role well and manages to look good on top of it. The familiar also matches him to a T. I personally love how he went through such a long journey to find what he wanted to do and realized that his home was in the shrine after all.

He reminds me so much of my Laurence. He's a wonderful Wind Rep! <3
