BACKSTORY
Yasmine was a lizard Beastclan, who was ejected from his home due to a dragon attack. He had many siblings he ran away with, but while they were mostly able to fend for themselves, they eventually scattered one way or another. Some died of various causes - killed by dragons, starvation, dehydration, illness, or what have you. Some were hired into dragon Clans to perform tasks as humble servants. Yasmine himself refused many offers from many Clans, surviving alone with a few other remaining siblings, until he was caught up in a flood and rescued by the Clan of Dark Matter. Dark Matter himself granted Yasmine the ability to breathe and speak underwater, only to tell him his siblings had died before they could be saved. Yasmine still wanted to go his own way, but after losing the few scattered remains of his family, he decided to give in and join the dragon Clan. He faced many racial biases for being a "feral Beastclan," and was denied many privileges. He still gets bad looks to this day, but after Dark Matter enacted a law of zero discrimination, he was not as openly hated any longer. As a Beastclan, he has taken up the job of Toolmaker, considering he does not have the same attachment to magic as dragons and had to survive by making tools before. He does his job well, and ignores the few bad apples who still consider him a lower breed.

PERSONALITY
Yasmine is very aloof and closed-off. This does not necessarily mean he is unfriendly, for he will be polite and courteous if need be. However, he usually prefers not to socialize, due to the overall horrible experience he has had with dragons, both before and after he joined the Clan. He likes to focus in on his work most of the time, though may take some time off with other misfits of the Clan. He also can be very nervous and shy the first time he meets someone, especially if they are nice to him off the bat, since he is very not used to that.

Yasmine can still be seen interacting with others. Most often, he goes to Peep's owner, a crazy lady with an obsession for snakes. Though she perhaps has a few screws loose, Yasmine likes her, for she does not see a difference from him to any dragon, or any other living being at that. He also occasionally hangs out with Ancient dragons, for they may feel like they do not belong, but most of the time, Peep's owner is the dragon he finds most nice to him. He also hangs out with Dream, the Clan's librarian. She is incredibly timid, but as he has become a regular reader at her library, both have developed a fondness of sorts for one another, and exchange some kind words whenever they bump into each other.
