21.04.2022 was a great day for him

also buying him either the ranger's wing cover (i bought him one and then realised i already had two...) + tail twist or the kiwi plumed cover + tuft (maybe both)!

26.05.2022: THANK YOU TO THE TWO EXTREMELY GENEROUS FOLK WHO GIFTED ME KIWI PLUMED COVERS AND TAIL TWISTS!! (the second tail twist was given to nyx. the second cover is sitting in my hoard until i find a good dragon to give it to)

1.07.2022: I GOT HIM THE TUFT (and tossed the bonecarver on him)!! HE'S FINISHED!! MY BOY IS FINALLY FINISHED!!

I see he's a travelling bard, perhaps he has started to paint his wings to enhance his performance, or he came to a lair of dragons who use bodypaint to express themselves and he's picked it up to pay homage to them
