Alzaire has been in hiding for years.
Most have all but forgotten his existence.
An heir, long kept hidden away as insurance against the worst case scenario, Alzaire’s attentions have drifted from that which would have been desired by his parents, to far more sinister dives.
Blood is a valuable currency, he’s found; His own, a remarkable source of power.
It didn’t take long for an unchecked individual with no concern for whether or not he’ll be provided for to find out exactly what he was - a hybrid, an illegitimate heir meant more for reclaiming a fallen empire with his power than anything else.
Their empire never fell.
Alzaire, now merely Zaire, has all the power, and none of the authority to use it.
