Glitter has never considered herself a fighter. In fact, many times she called herself a pacifist. But when she heard that hatchling cry in the claws of that wretched Mirror she felt inclined to violence. A rain of ice from above sent the plague dragon flailing, releasing the coatl hatchling for Glitter to scoop up and escape with. She was then confronted by several very protective Archmages looking for their hatchling. Glitter happily obliged in returning the child to its family and after explaining what had occurred, the Archmages of the Myst Archives invited her to stay with them while she was in Starfall Isles. She agreed and found herself helping the Archmages begin packing as they planned to move in an effort to escape the hatchling snatchers. She was specifically asked to help Naru, a Pearlcatcher physician, with packing his supplies. Glitter’s kind personality and Naru’s general stoicism led to them frequently clashing early on but Naru began to admire Glitter’s optimism and kindness. The day before they were to leave for the Southern Icefields and thus part ways, Naru found the humility to ask Glitter to stay with them, him specifically. She accepted and the pair have been inseparable ever since.
