Its unknown as to whether or not he was born into a clan who worshipped The Cloud, or if he found The Cloud himself, but it became his mission to spread the word of it. He often helped with the capture of seals, being one of the dragons who knew what really happened to them.

As the amount of unholy seals grew around his water clan, he decided that in order to seek more answers, he had to branch out. Because of this, he infiltrated a shadow clan, before calling upon the divine energy of the cloud to let their lands become his. He himself was already very well skilled in magic, so it wasn't a hard task.

From there, he started his own clan, only recruiting those who showed interest in learning about The Cloud.

He likes to be very mysterious, giving himself an aura of being untouchable. He cares a lot about his clanmates, and doesn't want anything bad to happen to them. He himself is a peaceful individual mostly because he cant be bothered to fight.

Worships "The Cloud," a being rumoured to possess all of the eleven types of elemental magic. It is a being with no draconian form, hence why it is named "The Cloud." It is said to favour water dragons, and bring fortune to all those who believe in it.
It is said that if you fulfil a life dedicated to the cloud, then upon entering the afterlife you will become one with it, your soul ascending and being freed from its physical form.
Those who believe in the Cloud also believe that Cumulus Seals are messengers of it, and consider them sacred.
Dappled seals are seen as tainted due to their discolouration, and treated as a bad omen. It is often thought that they must be cleansed through the holy fires.
The Cloud does not believe in conquest over nations and unnecessary conflict, instead believing that those who wish to connect their souls must do so on their own time. As such, those who worship the Cloud tend not partake in physical attacks, only focusing on magical defence.
