Ticho

Power is something desired by all, chased like the sunset. Some liken it to a bottomless appetite; the only freedom from current state being more, more, more. Some find it deplorable, this desire. Yet it is so easy to witness why it forms. To crush those who rebuke, trod upon you with a wave of hand; to claim one's goals without a journey of a lifetime; to simply gain an ounce of stability in a world set to sweep a rug out from under you.

Once, there was one who desired. And was entombed within the crypts for crimes both horrible and devastating. And even more did he wish in those black, humid depths. For power, for destruction, for scintillant creation.

For any cost.

And that wish was answered, like the wasp that lays an egg within a caterpillar. A gift from something unknown and alien, whispering safety and promises as the trade commenced. And the imago knows not of the life that nurtured its own. Only blinding power, the joy of creation, and the ability to wipe clean the world.

Ticho is a strange one. Flanked by Plagueseers and joyously commencing his observance of life within Trypan's major encampments. Many call him childish in manner, some find his visage familiar, and few know the extent of his life. He is Jason's nurse assistant, a position chosen by Ticho's own declaration, and he performs quite admirably. Such things are easy to one who immediately heals true once a bump in the road is encountered.
