Intent:
To have loyal children he can pass his stories and qualities on to; it brings him joy to see them find their place in the world, and what's more it helps him uphold his legacy as well

To find an heir, if not one of his children, and teach them the ways of magic and healing

To oversee the dragons of the Clan working as healers and doctors, and ensuring they're doing a quality job at that

To assist others whenever possible in channeling the magic that lives within them, and to use his own Wind powers to create a constant breeze in a pocketed overhang on his roof, allowing for a perfect indoor temperature at all times

To learn to paint with his nose

To learn to paint with his nose more delicately, any harder and he'll dent the canvas, he's learnt the hard way

To reunite with the Night Fliers of his childhood once more

To offer to the Clan's healers the idea of magically expanding the interior of their den, in order to have extra space to grow more herbs, start an even cooler garden, and better control the growth conditions and effects of their herbs through channeling elemental magic

To warmly reunite with his mother Beta again as a visitor to Windflight Clan (having caught word of what happened to him after departing from the tribe by joining Alligator Clan, Windflight's closest allies)- but just what is going on with the clan now?


Biography:
The youngest of the six Clan Leaders, yet by far certainly not lacking experience, Apoc's mother Beta (despite the ironic name) also bears the honor of leading her own Tribe not all too far from Windflight's grounds. Learning leadership skills from Beta, Apoc left his birth Clan shortly after reaching maturity- perhaps it was for the best, he had grown to double the size of Beta and as the two hunted alongside each other he experienced growing fears of crushing his dear mother underfoot.

Roaming the southeastern territory of Sornieth, Apoc one day stumbled across a shelter for odds and ends like him in the treetops of the Viridian Labyrinth, though it was what the older dragons condescendingly called an 'exalt rescue'. What a name; it was sadly never in Apoc's best interest to devote his life to the Windsinger. Now settling in, the young Ridgeback befriended a group of dragons his age dubbing themselves the 'Night Fliers', those who considered the blanketing treetops of the Gladekeeper's domain far too limiting and claustrophobic. Every weekend they would take to the skies and spread their wingtips to touch the cool air and stars, and when they grew weary they sat among the branches to swap stories, jokes and stargaze, of course.

This was where Apoc truly found himself. On these nights he felt in tune with the whispers of the wind around him, eventually finding his way to harnessing its raw energy and magic. He taught the others, too, when he could, how he channeled the magic of his element. Oh, and since then, he has also loved to stargaze whenever possible.

--WIP- windflight clan takes note of apoc's heritage and offers apoc a place in the council, which he finds fits him?

Well, it's true that many dragons look up to Apoc as charismatic, strong-willed and good with others. His voice takes on a soft, silky quality when addressing those of a respectful position, yet that isn't to say he pays less attention to others. Because for Apoc, nothing makes him truly happier than spending time with those he can have fun with, and teach and learn from, and while he's at it, disregard status completely for the most part.
