A mere wisp who roams the lands without a physical body, Chloe is a sentient remnant of memories and false realities conjured by positive emotions such as love and happiness. The spirit merely exists between the world of dreams and reality and doesn't exist to those who do not think of her or are not one of her creations. As she passes by wandering dragons, she may absorb their emotions and experiences and turn them into one of the butterflies that accompany her. Although gentle, the butterflies may grow into a swarm if Chloe is disturbed or if she absorbs a bad emotion or experience.

Chloe is a gentle figure and doesn't show any emotion of her own. Instead, she usually mirrors the emotions of those in the absorbed experience she is currently replaying. She can often be found swirling and pacing around in her caverns, reliving those memories in her mind. If she absorbs an emotion powerful enough, the spirit will feel compelled to create a being out of it called a remnant. Most of Chloe's creations are represented by positive emotions, though her other half, Loyd, may try to corrupt them to a darker side. The skydancer holds much disdain for her counterpart, which is a sentiment that Loyd also shares, and she will always fight back against the coatl whenever he tries to take away her remnants. Chloe, in turn, will try to lure his remnants to her side and try to "purify" them. The two are polar opposites, and it seems they will always be in conflict with each other. |

| Chloe treats her remnants like her own children and will do her best to take care of them, even if they wander out of her domain and out of her watch. Both Chloe and Loyd will try to lure curious dragons into their caverns so that they may see into their past and observe their emotions and experiences so that they may be able to make more remnants and possibly gain the upper hand against the other at last. |
