Eponymous ~~peeled him off~~ "carved him out of" a nearby cliff which let him move and talk and think for the first time, and that is exactly what happened in every detail and nyah nyah you can't prove it didn't. ...It's hardly the weirdest story around, though if his parents show up looking for him he's gonna have to go home with them. (Not that it seems terribly likely given how easily he calls Eppie mom and let her give him a name.)

Every bandage or scabbed-up scrape is just decorative, for flavor—and also every bugbite, they're not real because he's MADE OF STONE, GOTIT.

Hoards boxes. Never mind whatever came in the boxes, has the best boxes ever and they are awesome. Has a box skyship, seaship, spaceship, cave, castle, secret treasure chest, time machine, perfect camouflage rock, mountain and pet monster (and they're all the same box).

So good at predictive mimicry he in fact frequently completes actions before the instigator starts them, after which naturally the instigator doesn't bother. Would be shocked to learn the other hatchlings therefore consider him a natural inventive leader. (Deities help the hatchie minders.)

Not going to be anything when he grows up, he's going to do, and he already knows exactly what: he'll work in the box factory. It's a real place, he's seen the stamp "From the Box Factory" on boxes that come in and when he's big enough he's GOING TO ~~LIVE~~ GO THERE. (What do dragons do in the box factory? Who cares about that, there's boxes!)

Best friend is a ferocious bird that is "bigger than everybody," likes to eat fish, only ever talks to him and probably isn’t really real.

(Its name is Stupendous Bird and it's a sky pirate, superhero, space explorer, secret agent and time searcher, just like he is.)

Stole a pillow from Remy because everyone else has one. Look at this pillow it's HIS pillow it was MADE for him! (Also it's great box padding.)
