The skydancer is a living key, with delicate porcelain joints decorated with aged metal and wings that look as if they have been carved out of priceless sapphire. Soraebol is the physical form of the key used to open the Fields of Disposition.

She wanders the land in pursuit of mortality, or even a taste of it, having been subject to countless centuries of mindless drifting. She yearns to understand what it truly means to live with purpose and meaning. Every day is a new page within the entity’s collection of stories-- where she finds herself documenting the precious lives of the mortal dragons that she observes from afar. The entity often wanders near the lively towns that line the shores of the clan’s territory, but finds herself unable to enter them. A living key cannot possibly fit in, especially with her doll-like appearance. Sorae wishes that one day, someone else will carry the burden of being the key and allow her to live as a mortal--far away from the politics and dangers of the spiritual realm.
