Arbiter Ryne

^{Always wearing a smile as he plays his lute and sings, Ryne is well-beloved in the clan for being a charismatic and welcoming dragon. It is, after all, his job to be good with people.}

Job

^{The Arbiter's job is to make sure relations within the clan run smoothly, and any issues that arise are to be dealt with in a civil matter. He also collects and brings all complaints to voice them to the other council members, and advises them in decisions that will make the citizens happy. As well as this, he manages the culture and entertainment division to organise holidays and public events. He is often the one to announce council decisions.}

History

^{In his youth, Ryne wanted to be an artist. He wanted to travel the world, gifting his music to the people. Unfortunately for him, his dreams fell flat, but it is not something that haunts him, as he found his calling as Arbiter of clan Neverspine instead.

But how did he get here? It all begins with Yuva.

They met in a tiny village, that was ravaged with famine and war. Citizens had lost hope, but together they worked to repair dens, help farmers, and bring hope back to the people. They grew close, and travelled together, and eventually came to Neverspine.

When Yuva was appointed as Neverspine's Ambassador, Ryne found himself getting involved in council matters, eager to aid his best friend in his job. He found that the council was often... detached from reality. All that time in the council hall, arguing among themselves, made them forget what the people wanted. So Ryne took it upon himself to be the voice of the people.

He organised surveys, and helped settle disputes. Many of the council saw him as insignificant, but Yuva saw potential in him, and so did the clan leader, Of The Fallen Skies. Thus, Ryne found himself a seat upon the council table.}
