"Oh, hello! It's so nice to see you! My name is Reverie! Call me Rev, if you'd like.
I'm the closest thing to a "self dragon" in this lair. I was born from a scry that one of Kaial's friends, Kizmetto, made for them before she passed. Thus, I'm a very important dragon and won't be for sale... ever!
I'm here to help explain the layout of this lair, and all the clans held within! There are a lot, and I'm sure I'll miss some information, so please don't be shy about sending a PM if there's something you're confused about!"

- More Info
As mentioned, Rev was created from a scry my friend made. She was - and still is, as the date of this writing - the only gen 1 even close to said scry in colours.

Lair Directory and Explanations:
Amberspire

A sweeping fortress built to match the Observatory in height and vastness.
Amberspire is a military clan, housing several hundred soldiers, a full hospital, and several farms within its vast walls. Under the rule of then-Queen Pepper, its founder, the clan was staunch and stark with little to no forms of entertainment or education beyond the absolute basics.
However, Lady Pepper ceded the throne, allowing her daughter, Avonne, to take the title of queen and the duties of an active ruler.
Avonne made several changes to the fortress once she took the lead; including putting money toward entertainment, the arts, and education - even building a schoolhouse specifically for children born within the clan.
Though some questioned the new queen's spending habits - calling her frivolous - most appreciate the changes she's made to the clan, and favor her over her mother.
That being said, Lady Pepper still quietly advises her daughter in pretty much every move she takes, but has stepped away from the spotlight in favor of working on her own research and experimentations in private.

Yet again by Pepper's machinations, Amberspire would later branch out into the manufacturing of vaccines and isolation of viruses. At considerable cost, an outpost was established in the Snowsquall Tundra, and a system of ports built for its specific access.

Notes/non-lore info:
Amberspire was the very first clan I ever developed. Pepper and Spice are my progens, and their names are the only hint left of my original plan to make my lair food themed!
I tried very hard to NOT get invested in this site, and to NOT write lore, but my god did I ever fail on that part. I'm glad I failed, because a good few people have said my stories have brought them entertainment and even joy.
Pepper was the start of all that, tapping at my imagination until I just couldn't ignore it anymore. c:

Though this lair might be in Light Earth, now, Amberspire is an Arcane clan. Lorewise, their eyes are becoming more and more desaturated due to Pepper's meddling in magical taboo.

Associated tabs: Amberspire's Meditation Room, Amberspire's Guard Tower, Amberspirian Outpost: Frostlock, Ever-Autumn (see below)

The Ever-Autumn Woods
Not far from where the borders of the Arcane lands meet the festering trees of The Scarred Wasteland, there is a section of forest that is lush and leafy in spite of the bleached, dead flora surrounding it.
This forest is notable not only for the aforementioned, but for the fact it seems to be permanently cycling only between the beginning and end of Autumn. In spite of this bizarre weather, it is constantly producing new fruits and vegetables.
At some point in the distant past, a small conclave of dragons settled there, building their homes and lovingly cultivating these logic-defying plants. They gave the new town the very apt name of Ever-Autumn.
And, for decades, they were self-sustaining and cut off from the rest of Sornieth. During that time, many strange new forms of magicks were built and nurtured within. The forest itself seemed protective of the beings that lived within it, and kept them guarded from the outside world with twisting, shifting paths, and strange spirits of its own creation.
Until a wildclaw with the drive of a guardian made her way into the woods, guided by the pull she felt to her charge, who lived within the village. The forest and its wardens could not deter her, and so she found him - and then promptly took information of the strange forest to her homeclan: Amberspire. Lady Pepper and Queen Avonne, fascinated by the potential such a place could offer, quickly sent troops to further investigate, and then join the village to their clan.
The once isolated clan became a tourist destination and coveted vacation spot within months of first contact, and as a subdivision of Amberspire, was given access to their high-quality medical care and guards in exchange for a large portion of their produce as well as real estate within the forest. Local confections began shipping worldwide, and most of the citizens within began selling wares from their homes.
Not everyone appreciated the change - in fact, most didn't - but the town grew and more dragons moved in, forged relationships, married, and eventually opinion simply shifted through dilution.
The forest, however, hasn't forgotten. The shops and public spaces all close by nightfall, and guards are stationed to protect all within the village from the creatures of the forest that roam by night.

Notes/non-lore info:
The assimilation of Ever-Autumn is supposed to be a complicated and definitely not-entirely-great thing, in case that isn't hinted at enough.
Ever-Autumn was created due to my own love of Autumn and all it encompasses. I just couldn't stop collecting dragons with autumnal tones, and it wound up being the second largest clan I have!
The space between Amberspire and Ever-Autumn is known as The Outskirts, and a fair few dragons live there, on the border of the forest proper. You may see them in the special den tab, Amberspire, OR Ever-Autumn, largely based on which clan they're closest to and whether they breed or not.

Associated tabs: The Outskirts

Springmeadow Vale
A small - but growing - village founded by Valley, a half-fey imperial who wandered from her birthplace of Ever-Autumn. Springmeadow Vale is led by the aforementioned Valley, and Absinthine, who is full-blooded Fair Folk. The dragons who live in their keep are essentially the latter's playthings, but well-treated by her and Valley alike.
Valeclan is similarly difficult to have full access to as Ever-Autumn, in spite of the open area it is based in.

The neighboring Lake and Mt. Adamant are home to an ancient siren and near-extinct form of Talonok, respectively. They are maintained and protected by the Fair Folk pair, as well.

Notes/non-lore info:

Formerly one of Ever-Autumn's "associated tabs". I believe it is now large enough to have its own entry here.

Hilltop Chalet
A very small clan of long-retired warriors and nobles.
Hilltop Chalet is a place of peace and reflection, located on a lush, grassy hill within Wind territory.
The Chalet accepts guests from time to time, usually warriors or rulers who seek guidance from the esteemed group within.
Some though, just want a nice place to stay and relax, drinking tea and listening to amazing stories from its proprietors. They love and welcome that, as well! They're retired, after all.

Notes/non-lore info:

I just wanted a simple, calm, and nice place to focus on sometimes. That's all there is to it.

The Red Fields
A small, but growing, clan built upon the ruins of its vast predecessor. Its leader, Queen Requiem, is rumored to have been chosen by Plaguebringer Herself as the sole survivor of the eponymous Red Fields Affliction that, indeed, took the lives of every last one of her clanmates.
This plague clan is focused on survival - though its methods are borderline blasphemous in the eyes of many others, as Queen Requiem seeks cures for diseases and makes use of necromancy to aid preserving the lives of others. Slowly, The Red Fields Queendom is catching the attention of a certain virologist...

Notes/non-lore info:
I just wanted a nice yucky plague clan. My fascination with medical history including both quackery and unexpected/unconventional/reviled genius is channeled here.

The Beach House
Gidget and Kismet spent a vacation together at the Breezebreak Resort, and it forever changed their lives.
In love with the warm atmosphere and amazing people they met, they decided that when they returned home they would start their own little getaway spot together.

Though it was nothing like the sweeping resort they'd visited, the little shack they built together on the southeastern border of the Arcane lands was warm and beautiful, and felt more like home then anything else before.

Though it is primarily just their home, the two friends run a humble bed and breakfast and offer fishing and surf lessons to the visitors they have.

Notes/non-lore info:

This tab is an homage to the aforementioned Kizmetto. It is based after her Breezebreak Resort - which I try to make as clear as possible lorewise, as the above implies.
My goal here was... well. I wanted to keep a little piece of the light she brought to the entire FR community as a whole, and I wanted to remember to see things on the bright side like she did.

The Wanderers, The Refugees (Umbrella term)
Not all dragons have a place to call home.
Some lost theirs long ago, some rejected theirs months, or even days ago,
some never had one at all.

Dragons that hold no major allegiance can be found here.
You can often find stragglers from long-complete stories in this area, as well as dragons from factions that I cannot elaborate more on, as their stories and roles in extant lore are upcoming.

Forest of Ephemera/Laurelnest/Riverview
Ephemera: A grand and elaborate mansion lies nestled in the vast exposed roots and vines trailing from The Behemoth, pristine in spite of the apparent centuries of plant growth surrounding it.
It possesses an incredible array of flourishing rose bushes within sprawling gated gardens, and uncanny peacocks and deer that wander hither and yon.
It's dizzying, and something feels... off.

It is the Forest of Ephemera, and it is home to the Fair Folk.
One would hope you have been invited.

Laurelnest: A prosperous (literal) gold mine that had been fought over for generations, culminating in the mass slaughter of the family that kept ownership over it. The sole survivor of this razing took back her home and birthright by force, and swore blood allegiance to the Gladekeeper for its continued protection. Laurelnest is a stark and utilitarian place with little to speak of in the way of creature comforts. Visitors are not welcome.

Finally, we have Riverview, a small village that is by far the nearest "proper" clan to Laurelnest. It is very aware of its neighbor, and knows to stay away. Occasionally, Laurelnest's residents will come to town to purchase supplies and receive outside news. It is by far the closest thing to an alliance they have; a tenuous relationship that could snap with a single misstep.

Notes/non-lore info:

Ephemera: I let myself delve into my love of mythology here. Not-dragons abound!
Laurelnest: A slightly more traditional dragon clan that shares a border with the cursed wood. Part of Laurelnest's mine technically runs under Ephemera's border, in fact...
Due to their in-lore proximity, these places share tabs in both my main lair and den. The breeding pairs/on-cooldown dragons of Laurelnest can be found in my lair proper, while the rest are hibernating.

Pebbleton

Not long ago, this isolated town was completely abandoned; everything from the shops, tavern, to each home vacant. Stranger still, it seemed as if the residents had simply vanished - furniture in its place, food stores full, and private hordes of treasure untouched.
Unnerving as it was, it was bound to become a prime target for scavengers, thieves, and... those simply seeking shelter from the harsh plateau.
The first to find it was a veilspun by the name of Pan. Soon after, Misto the spiral came in search of a quiet place to build a life.
Over time, it became home once more.

Notes/non-lore info:

It's about time I made an actual named Earth clan! I look forward to doing a lot of work with Pebbleton, but in spite of it's silly name, it is in fact a horror. Lol.

The Godhome
As the name suggests, the Godhome is home to some of the minor deities found within my lore, alongside their most devoted servants and preachers.

Notes/non-lore info:

It took me a long time to allow myself to make deific figures, but what can I say?

The Bonewood

A large swathe of woodland that at first seems rather unusually devoid of draconic life. In truth, the large clan that once lived there migrated en masse after one of their more... odd... members seemingly performed multiple necromantic rituals to raise a large amount of long-dead bones, which formed new bodies - and sapient beings.
In truth, this was all by accident, and all the strange bonecreatures are really quite good company.
The aforementioned dragon is the only living sapient creature who remains in the woods, but there is still plenty of wildlife, and visitors are welcome.

Notes/non-lore info:

I won a Roundsey dragon. He was the one I desperately wanted. He is special enough for his own lair tab.
