Council Member: A council member’s duty is to advise Angela, the clan leader, when she is unsure about how to make a decision. Zuleika is unemotional in the council. She strives to make a push for the logical solution asking others to delay their decisions in order to remove anger and sadness that may cloud their judgement and lead to rash decisions. She works towards harmony and knows the other council member’s weakness so that she can counteract them. Ambassador: It is the Ambassador’s duty to entertain any visitors, especially important members of other clans, and to maintain alliances with other clans. They also oversee trade together with the Hoard Manager. When entertaining guest Zuleika likes to give guests a few options of what they want to do and have them choose between those. She bases these on what she knows about them and if she doesn’t know anything about them she may start with a short conversation in order to get to know them. However these conversations are usually awkward and rather formulaic because Zuleika is not good at small talk. She will also ask guest if there is anything they are interested in doing and makes sure they know their way around the lair. Zuleika often asks Ivy to come with her when they take trips to other dragon clan or to beastclans for diplomatic reasons. Together they strengthen bonds and mend relationships. Zuleika is a skillful bargainer arranging trade with other clans in a way that is favorable to both sides of the deal.  Zuleika is a good friend to Angela and rescued her from an abusive situation she was in when she was younger. Zuleika is the godmother and adoptive of Leila. When Leila’s father disappeared Leila’s mother went to look for him leaving Leila in Zuleika’s care. Leila’s parents never returned, so Zuleika raised Leila. When Angela was injured in the rockslide that killed Leila’s husband Zuleika thought she would die, but she didn’t. Angela had voiced the thought that she might start a clan prior to that day, but Zuleika had always been able convince her not to saying why she wasn’t ready and why now was not a good time. However after that day Angela was determined to start a clan. From then on Zuleika knew Angela was different she just couldn’t explain how she was different. Zuleika is a curt to the point person. Though she can provide a listening ear and good advice when it comes to certain situations she has trouble bonding with some people because she is not good at small talk and often has difficulty telling others about herself. Zuleika is practical minded supporting her opinions and decision with facts. She understand emotions, but has trouble displaying them herself. Occasionally she becomes restless and stops whatever she is doing, even if she is in the middle of a council meeting, and seeks solitude.
