"Born in the fire territory, Hironobu's coloration was quite surprising to see. Even more surprising, his fire magic is colored green as well. This strange fire is toxic and seems to cling to what it touches. Because of this, Hironobu avoids using it on dragons unless necessary. It's thought that his capacity might come from a Plague or Nature ancestor." -- Fluoroantimonic Hironobu is a young but capable leader, chosen and mentored specifically by the previous Master of the Guild. He is generally quite calm and laid back in a way that Alqonah was not: while he does have the occasional Spiral moment, he has none of the lust for the hunt that the old Mirror did, even if he would satisfy it by hunting knowledge instead of prey. However, this serene aura only barely scratches the surface in terms of Hironobu's peculiarity. His most strange quality is his green, quite possibly fel-tainted fire, which he keeps hidden from all but his most trusted allies and greatest enemies - with practice he has been able to colour it a mundane orange, but it requires great effort to do so. Seeing his fire may give other dragons a rather sinister impression of him, but in reality he has no idea where it came from. His parents showed no sign of it, and neither did their parents, or his own clutch-mates. His birth clan viewed it as a bad omen and abandoned him, and to this day he looks upon his green flame with disdain. He doesn't enjoy using it on other living creatures; he thinks it too cruel, as the hungry flames rot and corrode flesh, bone, and even minerals, leaving the affected creature to a fate more gut-wrenching than being burned alive. He survived alone for a while, before Alqonah met him on one of his semi-regular solo expeditions into other territories. Alqonah was always a compassionate dragon willing to give everyone a chance, but he also felt like he could stand to gain more knowledge of the world and its workings by studying Hironobu's fire. As it turned out, Hironobu had been just the type of dragon he'd been looking for to be his successor, and he put this plan into action as he approached the limits of his boredom stemming from festering in the Tangled Wood for too long. Hironobu led the guild into the shallows of the sea bordering the woods, and later further into the depths of the Sea of a Thousand Currents as the guild (and the clan which built up around them) grew stronger and more accustomed to life in the water. ▬▬ ADDITIONAL ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
