B I O G R A P H Y

H akumei is a gifted young Fae, born to the Founder and Leader of the Librio Tribe. The middle hatchling of the clutch, yet eldest of twins, she always did feel a bit odd and out of place. Oftentimes she turned to books, absorbing worlds of knowledge, and even learning how to speak Coatl! Although ink and paper are her most trusted companions, she would be lying if she said that her and her twin brother Yugure didn’t get along famously. Whether they’re arguing or conspiring to pull pranks on the other tribesmen, Hakumei always enjoys her time with her brother, and her family as a whole.

____It took a long time before Hakumei felt as if she could have any companionship besides Yugure, so long that she began to believe there was no one out there for her. Yet, around came the quirky Guardian named Raphael, a brilliant minded dragon, always tinkering with machines and motor oil. Hakumei didn’t even notice until it was too late, but Raphael gradually wormed his way into her heart and trust.

_PERSONALITY_

____Intelligence is one of the world’s most valuable assets, and Hakumei has plenty of it. An extremely creative and thoughtful girl, Hakumei seems to have inherited equal parts of her parents’ best and worst qualities. She has a particularly heightened sense of magic and the supernatural, so much so that her ability to interact with peers is impeded. Hakumei spends much of her time alone, either reading or nurturing her many interests. Just as her mother, she is very quick to make sarcastic comments or jokes, and like her father she has very little tolerance for stupidity or ignorance. Don’t be fooled, however, deep down Hakumei is very kind and gentle, especially to animals.

_BIOGRAPHY_

____H akumei is the Japanese Word for Twilight. Being the perfect blending of Day and Night, the Twilight is when the veil between the physical and mystical worlds is most thin. It is a very special and powerful time of day, however brief.
