Re-working this lore.

Excuse the mess!

Current ideas: A very strong plague dragon; lost something very important to her. A gnarly pendant that helped keep her disease and decay at bay, was stolen by the artificers (I'm guessing they stole it because of its extremely curative properties). Meets Shiika, proposes an alliance to seek and suppress the artificers and reclaim stolen property
