ROOST 2-FODDER TRAINER
Vertical banner of glowing blue mushrooms in the foreground with trees and a log with more mushrooms on it in the background. This build is for leveling 2 fodder dragons in the Harpy's Roost. This build functions like a Mire Flyer, but statted for the Harpy's Roost.

In the first battle:

Use 4 scratches on one enemy to knock it out, then scratch the other two once each, and eliminate them to finish them off.

Subsequent battles after building breath:

Considerations:
  • Start on packs of 2 or 3, with mages being preferable. Too many melees can cause you to take too much damage and force you to refresh sooner.
  • Enemies can be knocked out with either a rallied eliminate, or 1 scratch + eliminate.
  • Contuse and Rally effectively cancel each other out. If you are contused, rally yourself, then scratch + eliminate enemies.
  • Recover from dodges by scratching the stuffing out of your enemies.
  • This build can occasionally take down bosses. Full health and breath are recommended. The Roc, being Arcane, takes double damage from Jungle Slash, so use that on the Roc to take it down. The Crowned Roc does not have this weakness, so use Eliminate instead.
  • This build can be used for leveling dragons to any level. However, due to the lower amounts of XP, it is faster to use a build for a higher level venue. Therefore, this build's best usage is for leveling while grinding for loot in the Harpy's Roost.

I picked up Server for a wish breeding project for the Dragonwish Foundation, and when it was complete, I set about tossing out the project rejects, including him. I noticed he was pre-leveled to 8, and out of habit, I checked to see if he had an Eliminate. Amazingly, he did! Always check your pre-leveled fodder for stones! I nearly exalted this guy with an Eliminate.

Nelsothy also pointed out to me that he has a partial palindrome in his ID. With all these interesting tidbits about him, I didn't know what to do with him, and decided to level him up while I pondered a course of action. I was originally going to sell him, but in the end, thought his history was pretty neat, so have decided to keep him, as a loaner for the Lending Cycle.

Breeding projects he has helped with:
  • His granddaughter, Candeloro, through his son, Sayes, is a DWF wish baby! She was the dragon the breeding project I purchased him for was for, and is pictured on the left.
  • An Imperial male with Ultramarine Pharaoh, Gold Alloy, Crimson Spines and Light eyes, another wish, though the goal baby didn't come from his line in the end.
