Selective, guarded, inelegant

Most strangers give Erasmus a wide berth, and he doesn't mind at all. He has little patience for questions, especially questions such as "Why do you look like that?" "What's wrong with your face?" or "Isn't that last year's fashion?"

Erasmus is brilliant, but like most Snappers, he's reserved and doesn't speak much in one sitting. A dragon needs to spend several days around him to see the full depth of his knowledge and cunning. It takes time to gain his trust, but those individuals that can make him relax form solid friendships with him.

He's on good terms with Damien, and the two can be seen together often. Erasmus shares his wisdom, and Damien eagerly transcribes it.
