Beryl has been around since shortly after the Shattering of the Pillar. Her mother abandoned her, ashamed of her eyes and thought she was a mistake and a vile monster. She was dropped off at a cave front as a hatchling in the Zephyr Steppes. Little did she know, when she entered the cave's maze, the cave front was demolished by the Shade and Beryl was sealed in the underground cave system. Her life was somehow preserved for over 500 years when she ended up in the catacombs far below the Arcanist's Observatory in the Arcane Realm.

She was found, starving and malnourished by curious and young dragons. They took her to their clan to live out the rest of her days. She often gets stink-eyes and funny looks for her many eyes but she shows them off with pride. Her size is massive, almost double the average Imperial due to her growing for 500 years.
