Basic Personality

Korasea can be a bit intimidating at times. He likes to use big, bold words and can either talk an ear off or go silent for the majority of a conversation. He is generally more charismatic than his mate, Amaya, and does much more hands on work within social situations than she does. This is likely his biggest strength.

Korasea is very loving, but also sarcastic and sometimes a bit passive aggressive, which is why while he does help the PR department, it is there to help filter his words and make them look a bit more neutral or positive. He also is the biggest one to push for ways to make sure hybridization is not painful, or at least not as painful, if applicable.

"Korasea is great at directing dragons to tasks and how to do them. He is good with animals and hatchlings, and is known to help out the PR department in their work with his own words (read: giant vocabulary). Self Description

My designation is Korasea, and I'm the deputy administrator at this fine establishment. I'm a father of many children, some of whom are apart of this workship--as successes or workers--and some I've seen off to other clans. Some are interns for Stormcatcher, a deity that my love, Amaya, really does enjoy, and because of that so do I.

I wish I could avoid social situations more, and focus on my work, but sometimes you must bear the annoyance, the communication barriers, and any other baggage that comes along with interacting with other dragons. I've been told I'm better to talk to than some other Fae, but I don't know what that means...

History

The beginning of my story starts with two Fae dragons who spawned a Nature egg in the Everbloom Gardens. It was extraordinarily beautiful, though quite intimidating for a petite dragon such as I. For my first few weeks it was uneventful. The clan I was born into was diminutive, though it wasn't just compiled from Fae. Our clan leaders were fairly out of touch with my reality, which was a lack of stimulation, and this only changed when a new Fae dragon was traded into our clan. Her name is Amaya, and to this day she amazes me. She was intelligent even as a child and asked many questions. She and I discussed small, but curious, things.

Amaya and I grew pretty close over the course of a few months and once we were old enough to survive a journey--albeit barely--we gathered supplies to make the trip and fled the clan. Even back then I was enamored with her beauty and intellect. It was an odyssey, filled with small moments of education, though at last, it reached a belated end. At the outskirts of our homeland, the Viridian Labyrinth, we constructed a home for ourselves. After much practice, we honed our magical abilities by conducting experiments on insects. We also studied non-magical experiments.

After some time passed the clan we had been trading with became enraged as they realized what we were doing. Apparently, we were cruel. We were expelled from the Viridian Labyrinth. It was my idea to advance onwards to the Shifting Expanse. I had heard good things about the science scene there, and I was excited by the prospect. The journey was a difficult one, us being so small, but we stopped a few times along the way and met many exotic and interesting dragons. We never explained our reason for leaving and we were deliberately mysterious about our origins.

However, once we reached the Shifting Expanse we came across a beautiful Ridgeback by the name of Akeyra. They were famous as a renown scientist, known for their medicinal remedies. After a few weeks in their labs as interns, Amaya and I felt confident enough in the area to set up our own lab. We still communicated with Akeyra often, up until the day they passed away. They gave us many tips on theories and tools and locations.

Over the years we've greatly increased our sustainability. My job has been mostly filtering out requests that need approval from Amaya, as well as meeting with the PR manager to discuss press releases and public relationships. Amaya and I originally had an open relationship, even after we had children, until fairly recently. Because of this, I have a few children, not of my partnership with her. This includes one of our most successful experiments of hybridization, Watermelon Dawn. However, most of my children are interns now for Stormcatcher.
