Role in clan: The Historian

 Betelgeuse Vega, or BV, as she prefers, has been with the sanctuary since the very beginning. She knows everything about the clan's history, and to such a detailed extent that it's kind of scary. BV listens more than she speaks, her head often analyzing the constant stream of data. BV always knows what's going on with in the Sanctuary, always.

She acts as the Historian for the council, not only keeping detailed records of their meeting, but also bringing up past decisions and records if they need something to base a decision on. When this level headed and soft spoken Historian speaks, everyone listens.

BV has a scary knowledge on every dragon she's ever met, any living and moving thing too for that matter. She say's it the curse of being a historian. I don't mean she knows small things, like where you grew up. No, she knows everything. The good, the bad, and the horrifyingly awful.

It does make checking to see if a stranger is safe before letting them join the community very safe.

If two dragons tried to have a secret relationship, BV would know only moments after they agreed to be together. Once the present has become the past, she knows it. It's a good thing she doesn't seem to care enough to bother sharing any of the secrets she learned.
