I will forever be salty about the Megaman Zero redesign.
Zero is 100% bear in attitude. He does not give a flying fart what others think of him (aside from X and Axl, of course!) I say only in attitude as he is rather conventionally attractive and that isn't what the bear body type is. He's not quite tsundere, but the same idea applies in that he's a huge tough guy who crushes entire armies alone with his beam sabre, but is also a huge softie around the few he truly trusts.
He is a little slow to trust, after being burned by centuries of war and loss. Once he does let his guard down, his old carefree confidence shines through.
