Bio: Joule found herself to be quite different to other Tesla's, she felt a sense of place and needs, she felt the care and love the others just didn't.
She spent a lot of time alone because of this, she was always.. out of place but learned to cope until she had enough, she ventured a little ways away from the lightning farm only to come across another Tesla, Etincelle, he wasn't hurt, his energy was just drained after veering too far from the lighting farms for too long.
Joule helped him back, cared for him and found herself coming to love him, though he was quite stubborn he eventually came at ease with her.
Though a Tesla's loving side isn't easy to find, she did in herself and in Etincelle.

Lore: The highly-charged rods and spires of the Lightning Farm are vibrant with energy. They channel energy from above to many unseen machines in the Shifting Expanse. Sometimes, lightning gives life to the most uncanny of things. These electrically-charged robots are the result of this. Known as Teslas, they are abandoned creations born from the lightning that courses through them. Their metallic bodies are aglow with electrical energy, ready to be unleashed to attack or defend.

These creatures have no sense of judgement, emotion or belonging, even to their own kind. They are as primal, wild, and relentless as the lightning that gave life to them. Their bodies are a bulk of metallic silver, a husk of an empty or faulty machine, or a bunch of parts moulded together and linked by electromagnetism. Various times, they perform self-maintenance, replacing the artificial webbing on their wings or scouring for parts to attach to themselves.

If a Tesla were to stray from the Tempest Spire or the Lightning Farm, it would lose its energy source of the lightning spires. Over time, the bright glow will fade, and the machines, once deprived of energy, will fall apart and become lifeless, ready for the next strike of lightning.
