A flightless engineer hailing from the Scarred Wasteland. Silent and saddened, he keeps to himself, tinkering with projects while humming a song. It's hard to approach him with anything worth the time of both parties- and if one tries to ask of his past and tattered wings, he'll avoid them for a good few days.

(...There's only one thing he's willing to talk about regarding his past, and it's his methodology of engineering- how he's mastered a way to combine arcane energies with his machinations. He and Eir get along relatively well, considering they're both Coatls and thus can understand each other easiest. She and Lúin will occasionally keep him company as he works, taking interest in whatever project of the day is being made. He has to be a bit careful to not upset the pinstriped dragon, though, since she can understand his somber songs.

For reasons he can't possibly fathom, Cerasus tends to be drawn to Felix- actively leaving his workshop from time to time to spend time with the fortuneteller. Sometimes it just happens without him meaning for it to happen. But Felix doesn't really mind this and welcomes the engineer's company warmly. One may or may not find them huddled up asleep sometimes.

A passion project given form, Cerasus constructed Pteryga to serve as his wings. He has been working on it since the day he arrived in Paradisium, with many being aware of its existence, but not its purpose... until it was finished. He cherishes the machination as if it was his family- and it very well may be.
This is a bit barebones, but this man is mysterious.
